Staying a non-smoker

For many people who have used hypnosis to stop smoking, the success and enjoyment of stopping smoking is tempered by the challenge of staying a non-smoker at times of temptation, and this worry stops them enjoying their success completely.

This session is designed as an ongoing reinforcement and celebration of your success, and can be used on a daily basis is desired.

During this session we’ll be enjoying (on a wonderful summer’s day) the waterfall, followed by a walk alongside the summer meadows to the wooden bridge. During our session we’ll enjoy the sounds and sights as well as the aromas and sensations. After relaxing and watching the stream, we’ll look at staying a non-smoker, and then visiting a snow covered mountain for some ego and willpower strengthening fun. We’ll also, of course, be reinforcing the health and financial benefits of not smoking, as well as the social benefits.
