Positive thinking hypnosis

Like me, you’ve probably heard the phrases ‘glass half full’ or glass half empty.’ They relate to our attitudes to situations of course, and whether we see those situations in a positive or negative light. There is a difference between being negative and being realistic, but the distinction is hard to draw, and is often dependent on the eventual outcome. The point is, of course, that a person’s attitude may affect that outcome, and so a positive outlook may be the difference between success or failure.

Hypnosis can help to change outlook on situations in the same way that rationalisation and challenge in congitive behavioural therapy can. By restructuring attitudes towards a more positive expectation, the outcome may be changed.

During this session we’ll be starting by sitting near the foot of the waterfall, (which will be to our left). After relaxing there, we’ll be enjoying the sights and sounds of summer some more on the wildflower meadow path alongside the lake. We’ll then be crossing the wooden bridge to the Ricci Palace, and visiting a room there. You’ll experience full stereo sound effects recorded in digital CD quality, including the sounds of summer, the sounds of the waterfall, birdson, the shore of the lake and the Ricci Palace.
