Hypnosis for weight loss
Control of the appetite is key to any healthy weight loss diet. As you’re aware, so called ‘fad’ diets are not recommended as they do not tend to giove long lasting benefit, and some can be positively harmful. Exercise, control of portion sizes, thorough enjoyment of food, and a change to healthy foods are all beneficial in the attainment of weight loss, and in this session, we look at these issues whilst in hypnosis, so as to affect long term changes in attitudes and desires.

During this session in the Landscape, we’re going to start off by walking at the side of the lake alongside the wildflower meadows. We’ll be enjoying the sights and sounds of the lake and the meadows in summer, We’ll the carry on past the summer house on the right and make our way to the kitchen garden, which is very attractive at the height of summer. You’ll experience full stereo sound effects recorded in digital CD quality, including ambient sounds, the sounds of summer by the lake and birdsong.
