It’s sometimes good to be able to escape from daily stresses with a trip somewhere relaxing. For many of us, the idea of a comfortable and relaxing trip to the beach is very attractive, and can enable us to recharge and reinvigorate ourselves. Using hypnotic techniques this can be done in a short period of time as often as desired.

During this session in hypnosis, we’ll be walking at the side of the lake alongside the wildflower meadows. We’ll be enjoying the sights and sounds of the lake and the meadows in summer, and then carrying on down to the beach to enjoy the shoreline, the waves, and the beach itself.
